Good questions. Clear answers.
Does this use live fuel prices?
No. Enter your own current fuel price. No paid map API, location access or vehicle lookup is needed.
Can I use UK MPG and a price per litre?
Yes. Select MPG (Imperial) for fuel economy and Per litre for the price. US MPG and US gallons are separate choices.
Does the return option double the cost?
It doubles the entered distance. Use it only when your distance is one-way and you want the same journey back. If your distance already includes the return, leave it off.
Does the currency selector convert money?
No. It labels the fuel price and results in the selected currency. Enter the price in that currency; exchange rates are not applied.
